From the Landeck area, Ann Nagel graduated valedictorian of her class in 1984 from Delphos Jefferson High School. Upon graduation she began working for Straley Realty & Auctioneers, Inc as a part-time secretary. As the company grew, Ann became our full-time secretary and in 1996 she was promoted to Office Administrator. Ann handles all aspects of the real estate office including accounting, management of day-to-day operations and closings. Ann has always had a passion for real estate but realizes that her best way to assist the people of the Van Wert area by being involved in each and every transaction of our offices in Van Wert and Paulding.
Ann was awarded the 1998 Tribute to Women’s Achievement Award by the YWCA of Van Wert County.
Ann resides in Delphos and has 3 adult sons, Dalton, Garrett and Wyatt and a grandson, Grayson.
