10 Straley Realty Agents earn state recognition

Only 13 Van Wert Realtors received state President's Sales Club awards for 2009, and 10 of them are affiliated with Straley Realty

Realtor Phil Fleming has been awarded the Award of Excellence Distinction for having more than $5 million in sales from July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009.  This is Phil’s second $5 million award after 20 years of being recognized with a President’s Sales Club Award.

Realtors William B. Priest and Richard Miller received the Award of Distinction for having more than $2.5 million in sales during this period. 

Receiving the Award of Achievement for $1 million to $2.5 million in sales were Straley Realty Agents:  Jane Germann, Marilyn Karst, Robbin R. Benner, William C. Straley, Joe Bagley, Anne Brecht, and Chet Straley.

OAR officially awarded qualifying members the “President’s Sales Club” designation in four recognition levels for outstanding sales performance in the real estate industry. All OAR members in good standing were eligible for the award. Honorees were recognized at a President’s Sales Club dinner during the OAR’s Annual Convention in September 2009 in Columbus.  The Ohio Association of Realtors is the largest professional trade association in Ohio.
