Ron was born and raised in Van Wert and is a graduate of Van Wert High School in 1961.  Ron received his apprentice auctioneer's license in 1985, his Ohio real estate sales associate's license in 1986 and then his full auctioneer's license in 1987.

Ron has been married to his wife Sue for 45 years, has 3 sons and 5 grandchildren.

Chet graduated with honors from Paulding High School in 2002 and went on to The University of Toledo and enter the college of Business Administration.  He graduated in the fall of 2006 with dual majors in Finance & Entrepreneurship.  While at UT, he was a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon national fraternity and is a past President.  After graduating, Chet went on to receive his Ohio Real Estate license in the spring of 2007.  He began his real estate career at that time with Straley Realty & Auctioneers, Inc. and then also went on to earn his Apprentice Auctioneer's License shortly thereafter.  Chet also received his Ohio Real Estate Broker's license and Auctioneer license in 2011.

Chet is a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  Chet has been an OAR President's Sales Club recipient each year that he has been in the industry by selling more than $1 million in real estate each year.  Chet specializes in serving mainly Van Wert County but also Mercer, Paulding, and Putnam Counties.  Chet can help you with all your real estate and auction needs; he cooperates with all companies.  He specializes in the real estate, investment property, farmland and estate markets.

Chet currently lives in Van Wert and owns several investment/rental properties.  He is active in his community and is a member of the Saint Mary's Catholic Church and the Optimist Club of Van Wert.  He likes to stay active, Crossfits, and roots for the Ohio State Buckeyes!  Chet is a member of the NRA.
